Konnie provided answers to the questions we had. She encouraged us to investigate the issues this property generated. A very doer-upper that we understood the work required to bring it up to a liveable standard. However, the location and fact that it isn't multi-level were the main features that we decided to submit an offer that was eventually agreed to.
