We used Iresh Tennakoon (Iresh & Co ) to sell our home in Manukau last August just before Covid lock-down and he was outstanding with every marking criteria. We spoke with Iresh and Komal at our home. They spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Some of information we never know about and we are really impressed of information Iresh provide us. We were concerned that our house, which was located border of Manukau and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell also price going rocket high in this area. Komal was fantastic, she listened to what we wanted to achieve and put it into action. She coordinated everything, so it was very stress-free, even though there were a few level 3 hurdles, Komal was a great problem solver. We couldn't of asked for a better agent for ourselves, we were very happy with the whole process.
