Buying this house was a new experience for me as a first home buyer. Not many of my friends have bought houses so not a lot of people to bounce ideas of etc. She made the experience much more relaxed and (almost) enjoyable. She replied to my messages instantly day or night. Was so friendly. Had so much knowledge and would find out anything she didnt know. She kept in regular contact to stop me wondering after days of silence whats happening or going on. Hesring of the business partner promotion does not surprise me. Its very well deserved. Whether this is your first second or 30th house buying/selling experience, i would highly recommend going through kodie. If i were to ever sell on or buy again, she'd be the first person id call.
