Communication was excellent with regular updates and explanations of the process. We were overseas for much of the time but Kirsty and her team went to great lengths to make sure we were kept fully informed at each stage of the process. We felt like we were in great hands with Kirsty and her team. They were totally professional in all respects. The planning and execution of our house sale could not have been better.
