My wife and I, recently completed the purchase of a lovely holiday AirBNB/Holiday house on Queenstown Hill. We are both Australian residents and had no opportunity to act and get to Queenstown to view the property before deadline day, let alone get our house in order over here in Australia with regard to finance, legals and accounting. We ended up being the buyer and Kirsty organised a meet onsite a week later (when we were able to visit Queenstown) with the owner for a walk through and meet before going unconditional. An action that made us far more comfortable following through with the purchase. The whole process was a blur of back and forth emails and phone calls over the Tasman, sometimes deep into the New Zealand night hours, however with Kirsty and Adam's help the purchase was made simple, easy and as stress free as if I was purchasing something down the street here in my home town of Brisbane.
