Kirsty has been nothing short of amazing to work with. Fantastic knowledge of the market and wonderful relationships with both buyers & sellers developed over many years. Kirsty makes the buying/selling process stress free, communications are succinct & helpful, with the right amount of care & consideration for all involved. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage Kirsty at any time in the future. She is 100% dedicated to finding you exactly what you’ve requested. And to bring a sale to fruition within timeline. Thanks Kirsty

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional service provided during the recent sale of our house in Queenstown. We especially appreciated Kirsty and Adam's guidance in determining the best strategy to achieve our desired price. The regular updates we received were invaluable in keeping us informed about the progress and potential next steps throughout the entire process. Your approachability and prompt responses to all of our questions were also a significant help. Ultimately, the sale exceeded our expectations, and we want to thank Kirsty's and Adam team for their hard work and dedication. For anyone considering selling their house in Queenstown, we wholeheartedly recommend Kirsty and Adam's team.

These two wonderful people exude professionalism, enthusiasm and positivity! This is the second sale we have entrusted to Kirsty and Adam and as expected we were not disappointed. Super feedback and advice, there was never any doubt in their minds that we would not sell. Highly recommended and no hesitation to use them again. Thanks guys!!!

I can't express enough how impressed I am with Kirsty and Adam's outstanding work in selling our cherished home. They took the initiative to connect with us, learn about our emotional ties to the house, and understand our future aspirations. Based on this insight, they crafted a strategy to enhance the sale potential and identify the ideal new owner. Their dedication to finding us the right buyer was remarkable- Adam even mowed our lawns while we were away! The outcome was smiles all around. They surpassed my husband's and my expectations, and I assure you, there is no better house-selling team out there.

My wife and I, recently completed the purchase of a lovely holiday AirBNB/Holiday house on Queenstown Hill. We are both Australian residents and had no opportunity to act and get to Queenstown to view the property before deadline day, let alone get our house in order over here in Australia with regard to finance, legals and accounting. We had put this in the too hard basket and were going to move on. Kirsty and Adam, managed to talk us through the process and enlighten us with the relatively easy process of buying from abroad, step by step, one thing at a time, so the the whole process from start to finish didn't seem so daunting and indeed futile as we initially thought. We ended up being the buyer and Kirsty organised a meet onsite a week later (when we were able to visit Queenstown) with the owner for a walk through and meet before going unconditional. An action that made us far more comfortable following through with the purchase. The whole process was a blur of back and forth emails and phone calls over the Tasman, sometimes deep into the New Zealand night hours, however with Kirsty and Adam's help the purchase was made simple, easy and as stress free as if I was purchasing something down the street here in my home town of Brisbane. Thanks for the roller-coaster ride of property purchasing made easy!

This must be our sixth sale or purchase with Kirsty Sinclair and her incredible team. She is outstanding as is Adam and Ursula. Everything is made to be as smooth and easy as possible. They are available at any time and Kirsty is one of the best strategists I know. She always provides realistic sales expectations, nothing is left to chance, she anticipates, sorts and 'not a problem' is her by-word. Very Happy Kaye and Michael Parker

This is the 4th time we have used Kirsty and Adam- and there is a reason we only use these guys! They honestly deliver every time!! We gave them a super tight time frame for our sale and they absolutely smashed it! They are legends. They know the market and work so hard to get the absolute best result.

Our vendors' experience was made very positive with the excellent communication and in depth market knowledge of our agents. We were kept updated on progress after every viewing and felt very happy with the whole process.

Kirsty and Adam were the best choice we could have made to sell our property. Enthusiastic, engaged, and totally professional. Above all, they kept us informed of all the developments and progress along the way. With out hesitation, we will call Kirsty & Co when we sell our next property.

Adam and Kirsty’s expertise in the Queenstown market was evident from our first meeting. They provided a detailed analysis of market trends, helping me understand and choose the best time to sell. They were positive and enthusiastic throughout the process - connecting people and property is obviously a passion for them! From start to end, the process was seamless, stress-free and simple. Best real estate experience ever!

Can’t fault the service and professionalism from Kirsty and Co. Kirsty was excellent with nothing being too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Kirsty and her team did an excellent job throughout the entire process of selling my home. Her communication is impeccable. I basically deferred all the decision making to Kirsty, trusted in her experience and was mostly hands-off (which was my preference). Even so she always kept me up to to date with what was happening. I felt like the experience was personal, honest, efficient, and ultimately, very successful!
