Kiny Zhu

We are very grateful to Alina&Kinny for helping us sell our property at such a great price. From the very beginning, they were professional, organised, and very clear with her advice. They guided us through the whole process, from preparing the advertising plan, discussing the pricing strategy, handling negotiations, reviewing the contract, and finally achieving a successful sale. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and the way they communicated with us throughout the campaign. They always kept us updated, listened carefully to our thoughts, respected our decisions, and gave us honest, professional, and detailed guidance whenever we needed it. Selling a property can be stressful, but Alina & Kinny made the process feel smooth and well managed. We truly appreciate their hard work and commitment. If any of our friends or family are thinking about selling their home, we would be very happy to recommend Alina&Kinny.

Kiny helped us find our dream home in Auckland, and we couldn't be happier! As buyers coming from Christchurch, we were a bit nervous about the process, but Kiny made everything so easy and smooth. She was incredibly patient with us—helping us plan routes and on one trip, she spent the whole day showing us 16 houses! She stayed positive and professional the whole time. We are so grateful for her help. To us, she is more than just an agent; she is a true friend. We highly recommend Kiny!

We truly appreciate her hard work, professionalism, and genuine support. We feel very lucky to have had Kiny as our agent and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and outstanding real estate professional.
