Kim has been very kind and supportive throughout in guiding us through the whole process, and enabling us to do our due diligence in a short amount of time. She was always quick to answer or follow up on our questions or requests. It has been a fabulous experience working with Kim!

We were directed to Kim by a friend who said that she had a lot of enthusiasm and would focus on selling the property. This turned out to be the case and she secured a sale very quickly, before it hit the market as such. This was a few months before we wanted to sell which did create a rather stressful time for us as we had a number of large commitments over the period of the sale. Kim was easy to get hold of and responded immediately to any questions she had. She was very approachable and friendly in her communications with us.

Kim does her absolute best to help and support her clients, she's quick to respond to enquiries and is bright and bubbly to deal with.

A good experience through the period of negotiation particularly. We had some delays with finance and Kim (and Magno) handled this professionally and with great communication. The lovely 'moving-in' gift is also super-appreciated!

Kim was a delight to work with . She kept close contact with me which is essential going through the process of selling. She put together a tailored marketing plan and went the extra mile at times which was much appreciated.
