Kim’s life experiences have resulted in her developing strong interpersonal skills and afforded her the ability to see many angles and therefore solutions in any situation. She has worked with multiple nationalities and personality types, enabling her to engage authentically with all walks of life. Being a naturally inquisitive person, Kim found herself sailing from South Africa to Spain on a small catamaran in her early twenties to see what was out there. This move, along with her ability to adapt and evolve, springboarded her career on yachts which took her around the globe. Kim worked hard up the ranks from cleaner to chef to bosun, and finally culminating her career commanding a 24m motor yacht in the USA as a Captain. This same grit, determination, adaptability and outside the box thinking that enabled her to provide excellent service to discerning yacht clientele, is exactly what she brings to the table in her real estate career. I have dealt with many real estate agents both on the buying and selling side. I have to say working with Kim was a pleasure. Kim was the best agent we could have hoped for

Kim was the best agent we could have hoped for selling mum's house. So willing to go the extra mile and she took the stress away, by being so helpful and genuine in her approach to all the circumstances that arose during the process.
