Khalid was great to work with in selling my apartment! This was an unfamiliar process to me and as such, had the potential to be quite stressful, but his competency and guidance made it as smooth and painless as possible. A huge part of his job is communication, and he was really on the ball with that: timely, good at communicating context, good at listening and discussing. At one point, we had a minor hiccup in the process (there was no adverse effect, luckily!), and he dealt with that calmly and with integrity. Also, he has a very friendly and approachable manner, without being overly 'salesy'. Real estate has a reputation as a sharky business, so I appreciated working with someone who knows the business, but isn't just business. I would happily recommend Khalid :)

Khalid helped us find our first home, working with us for three months to find properties that suited us. We're so happy with the place we've bought and it's thanks to Khalid for sending it our way. He went out of his way to make the home-buying process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Throughout our search, Khalid always offered up his time and expertise, and helped us track down information on the properties we considered. His communication was excellent and always timely. Khalid provided us with great insights into how the current market is working and helped us with our pricing and buying strategy. And if he didn't know the answer to a question we had, he was sure to find someone who did. He expertly and patiently ushered us through the home-buying process, helping to take the stress out of it and making sure we felt comfortable the whole way through. We really enjoyed working with Khalid and are stoked to have bought a place through him. We will be sure to work with Khalid again if we are buying or selling in the future, and will be recommending him highly to our friends and family.

Khalid was fantastic throughout the whole process. As a first home buyer he helped with all my questions and was friendly and approachable. He was available anytime I needed to contact him and went out of his way to get quick answers and support. He was also very personable and made the whole process more relaxed for me than expected. I will definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for a home and appreciate him going the extra mile to help me out.

As vendors, we always felt informed, supported and assured that Khalid was doing everything possible to help us sell. His comms were always timely and his market knowledge gave us valuable insight into how our campaign should run. Come tender day, all of Khalid’s hard work paid off with great results all round. We highly recommend Khalid to other vendors!

We missed out on a property the week before we met Khalid and the experience we had with the previous agent was terrible, extremely pushy and not engaging. Khalid has been great to work with, he is very relaxed, is definitely not pushy and does his best to make you feel comfortable during what is a very stressful process. If he didn't have the answer to a question we posed he went to find the answer rather than trying to bluff his way through. Overall we had a great time working with Khalid, great communication, quick to respond and a lovely smile!
