Kevin was knowledgable, he communicated well and he was professional.

I scored 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 because I believe the commission charged was too high since there were few viewings, no open homes and no additional advertising done. The commission invoice also gave no breakdown at all of the costs. I did not expect to have to pay so much commission. That is what really disappointed me.
