Had a good knowledge of the property
Kevin was very clear that his professional advice was worthy . I understood and followed it . I also appreciated that he made himself & his time available , for example when the buyer moved her furniture in , he was there . I would have rated Kevin higher except for his one blemish . He ignored the signs & entered my home with his boots on . Even tradesmen don't do this . Soooo disrespectful .
I scored 4 out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 because I believe the commission charged was too high since there were few viewings, no open homes and no additional advertising done. The commission invoice also gave no breakdown at all of the costs. I did not expect to have to pay so much commission. That is what really disappointed me.

Kevin had some good ideas about the ways to make the inside of the house more appealing. Buyers knew that the old house had borer and the floor wasn't perfectly flat but Kevin had some ways to make it more acceptable. He kept up the communication and was very professional.
