Kevin is a man who does everything by the book but works tirelessly to produce the best result for his clients. He is readily available by phone, and his research is exhaustive, and realistic. He is not an agent who leads clients into unrealistic expectations, or makes promises of unrealistic sale prices just to get the sale. Interestingly, despite this, he managed to acheive a price for my property well above what I was expecting.

Amy and Kevin have been very professional in assisting me to buy my ideal property. I initially discussed my expectations of the ideal property with Amy. She had an excellent understanding of my needs. All the properties she showed me were right within the range of my expectations. Amy patiently explained all the situations and processes to me. She also reminded me of the next steps. She is very experienced, professional, patient and thoughtful. She did not give me any pressure on my decisions. I felt she is very professional and reliable. I quite like that Amy let me know the sold prices of the properties I showed interests but did not get. This has helped me understand the current market. Kevin has been a great support behind the scene. He helped to check all the documents and highlighted the places where attentions were needed. He also thoughtfully provided the price references of the similar properties around the same area, which has greatly helped me get an idea of the likely prices of the properties I was interested. Kevin also promptly followed up with the seller's agents when I had any question and responded to me timely. Very thankfully, Kevin helped me to contact a property maintenance company to get a quote for some small maintenance work for the property I bought. Their service to assist a property purchase is outstanding. I would highly recommend Amy and Kevin to my friends if they are thinking of purchasing or selling a property.

Kevin was fantastic to work with he went out of his way to find my dream home he listened to my brief and he tried really hard to find the perfect home his communication skills were great he alway answered any questions I might of had and I had many as it had been many years since I had bought a home and times have changed but Kevin was there to help me with the progress.
