He also thoughtfully provided the price references of the similar properties around the same area, which has greatly helped me get an idea of the likely prices of the properties I was interested. Kevin also promptly followed up with the seller's agents when I had any question and responded to me timely. Very thankfully, Kevin helped me to contact a property maintenance company to get a quote for some small maintenance work for the property I bought. Their service to assist a property purchase is outstanding. I would highly recommend Amy and Kevin to my friends if they are thinking of purchasing or selling a property.
