Hi my name is Ken Coull. Firstly, I have decided to join the fabulous Tall Poppy Real Estate. I believe Real Estate fees have been too high for too long, so I am delighted to be able to offer fair flat fees.
In 1989, I arrived in Tauranga and purchased Wrightcars Toyota, changing the name to, Tauranga Toyota, which is now Pacific Toyota. The 10 years I spent as Managing Director of the company, I really enjoyed. Prior to moving to Tauranga, I finished up as, General Manager for Wrightcars, in Wellington. Spending a total of 15 years for the company.
Unfortunately, I was forced to sell my company due to ill health and spent two years recuperating. During these two years, I was introduced to Real Estate and simply loved the industry. Since then, I have spent the last 18 years working in Real Estate with companies like Professionals, Colliers and then LJ Hooker. This profession gives me real pleasure being able to deal with happy people and making all those involved lives better.
My passion was golf and when I arrived from Wellington, I spent 3 years on the Omanu Golf Club Board and then moved to Mount Maunganui Golf Club and served six years on their Board, enjoying every minute as I am very much a people person. Due to health reasons, golf became a thing of the past, unfortunately.
My better half Judy and my two hairy fur babies Millie and River assist me whenever they can, by delivering DLE flyers, putting up signs, plus welcoming me home at all hours with licks and tails wagging.
In the future, it will be awesome to meet you and be able to guide you in the correct direction, giving you an honest representation, plus sharing my knowledge of the real estate market. I want to make the exercise an incredible experience for all.
