Having Kelvin in your corner, you're sure to sell your home! This man is so positive and never gives up! We had 2 sales that fell through at the last minute, but Kelvin always knew how to get us motivated again, in a difficult market. Every Sunday he was there at the open home, he always reported back soon after. He is super responsive, when it comes to communication. We knew we would ask him to sell this house for us, as he has been our agent before. He's been honest, ethical and in the end so tenacious, like a dog with bone!
