I am a buyer specialist at Hartles & Co, a twelve-person team working across Hamilton and the wider Waikato. I work right across the city rather than sticking to one suburb, because understanding the full picture is the only way to put you in the right place. I have been doing this for three years, and it started because I watched my husband build a career in real estate and could see how much he loved it. I knew I wanted a job I loved just as much. I believe good real estate starts with real listening, not the performative kind, where what you actually need shapes every decision from there. I take a search personally because it is one of the biggest decisions you will make, and I would rather ask more questions upfront than let something get missed. I also have a genuine eye for design. I believe every home has potential, it just needs the right person to see it, and that perspective often helps buyers see a home differently to how it first appeared. You also get more than just me.
