Great agent, have used before and would again.

In retrospect I think I would have insisted in a longer marketing period. It all seemed a bit rushed. we knew we only had one unconditional keen buyer. Maybe we should have got the conditional possibles to put in written offers to use to push the purchaser up to Kelly's and our price expectations.
