She went above and beyond to communicate with other agents and vendors, while also assisting me with builders, banks, lawyers, mortgage brokers and more. As I was in the middle of an incredibly busy time and doing it alone she became a trusted sounding board, and patiently supported me through the intensity of the process. She was there at the crunch times, assisting with negotiations and difficult conversations, always smoothing the edges and getting me through the next hurdle. I truly could not have done it without her. I commend Katrina on her commitment, her care, her generosity, her practicality, her street smarts, her nous and professionalism, and her positive and easygoing nature. She has been an absolute blessing and a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend her highly enough!

Very strong market knowledge. Unlike others we have dealt with who appeared stuck up and pushy,Katrina was the opposite warm and friendly and there was something about her initial approach that made us want to connect with her and have her represent us. The most important thing was we put our trust in her. Katrina took care of us from beginning through to closure. She worked extremely hard for what she had to work with. I would strongly recommend her to future sellers and buyers.
