In a tricky market with no direct comparisons, Katie determined very quickly what method to sell our house by. She gave us an expected sale price range of 10000, which was bang on. The house was sold within two weeks, after receiving multiple offers, and unconditional 2 weeks later. Katie has contacts and a team that are second to none and was so easy to work with.
