Katie works hard long hours at her job. Lovely personality on the phone. Offered to come to us in the evening to help with paperwork. Our purchase could have been lost on more than one occasion. She did what a good agent should do and acted as an intermediary between vendor and purchaser. In the end I think both parties were happy with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to have her represent us again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as an agent either buying or selling.
