Kathryn was the second agent we'd had to sell our house. Listed with the first agent for 6 months with not even an offer or people through open homes in months. Then changed to Kathryn and the first people she had through the house bought it. The final part was drawn out due to buyer's conditions, but Kathryn kept up the communication, updating us, answering all the questions and possible scenarios/outcomes we had with confidence. The little details mattered too, the wording on the listing was practical and gave a clear picture of the property as well as photos in order to show the layout of the house best. She was a genuine person and agent which I think is so hard to come by these days. She had an honest, straight up approach with no mucking around or unnecessary extras. She was always quick to respond, happy to work around our needs, enthusiastic and positive. She actually cared about us, our needs and the results. Honestly, she was just what we wanted in an agent, and it was an easy decision to list with her. We would absolutely list with her again.
