Kathryn and Tracy were dealing with the sale of our home. They provided great advise on what to do to get the home ready. When asked, they came around a few times to prorovide detailed advised what to do, and what may not add any value doing. They also provided great hands on advise for staging and made suggestions for improvements when our home didn't sell as fast as we had hoped. They even supported us to move out so settmement could occur sooner. They kept us well informed of the progress throughout the sales process and also when Covid lock down struck and settment had to be postponed. This team works very well. I can highly recommend them.

Friendly enough as a person. Nice to have a chat with and I'm sure you would have a decent experience from them if you're a seller. However, from a buyer's perspective, easy to feel as if you're being deceived. From the very start, we were asked to complete a multi-offer situation form, when there weren't any other offers. Under the current market, we did feel compelled to do so especially since at that moment, it wasn't explained to us that this didn't need to be completed until the moment that a second offer is placed. Kathryn asked us to sign the form based on speculation that a second party would submit an offer. We asked about disclosures, to which Kathryn stated there were none. I believe she was being honest... but likely due to little attempt to get any information from the owners. Since moving in, we have discovered things that we would find it hard to believe that the previous owners would have no idea about. Leaking roof, leaking of water onto the wood burner, blocked drain in the driveway, to smaller issues such as flickering lights. Yes, we did pay for a builder's report who found other things. The things we are now finding out, the inspector wouldn't have been able to discover unless they too stayed at the property for a couple days in rainy weather. We are left with the impression that Kathryn did little to get the owners to disclose issues related to the house. So, if you're in the market to sell, I suppose she's definitely a decent option. As a buyer... do beware. Unfortunately, you don't have too many options as you're stuck dealing with whatever real estate company is managing whichever house you may be interested in. It does suck writing this because she is, generally speaking, a friendly person that would have been a pleasure to interact with under any other circumstance. As a buyer though... do be careful and keep in mind that they are not acting in your best interest. It can be easy to forget.
