I found them professional, courteous, and welcoming. Their Open Home presentation was excellent, with features of the home highlighted. They willingly arranged suitable viewing times outside of the Open Homes, explained the multiple offer process clearly and fairly, and provided informed support throughout a challenging week, when there was a great deal of interest in this property.
A whirlwind period was made so much easier to manage by the way Kathryn worked fabulously with her colleague to make the process as smooth as possible for us, with in-depth information about the market, informing us fully about our choices and the legal obligations we had as vendors and gently guiding us through the process. All our questions were comprehensively answered, and we so benefited from the detailed and continually updated sales calendar which kept us on track.
