...Are the words that flashed through my mind when I had to come up with a Review Title... We met Kathryn through one of her Open Homes when we were looking to buy, some years ago. At that time we went through quite a few Open Homes, at least 10 or more and not a single agent ever asked us if we would like an appraisal of our home, when they rung us in the evening. Not a single one. Until Kathryn. All open homes were exactly the same and whenever we asked something, we mostly got an answer: "I'll have to get back to you with that one..." All but one. Yes, Kathryn's. Not only that she had her little props (go and check out for yourself), she knew every little detail about the house she was selling, while keeping the sensitive details about the vendors private. Working with Kathryn has made selling a property a very easy process. She has explained all the necessary legal details which I would never have known about. We were a little clueless when it came to the processes that needed to be followed when purchasing a vacant lot. As a result a ton of questions were asked and we felt rather overwhelmed. In my experience, not many people are truly patient. Kathryn however definitely has patience as one of her strong points.
