Once we found our buyer Kathryn was also able to organize a roofer to confirm work required that was found in the builders report. We were a little clueless when it came to the processes that needed to be followed when purchasing a vacant lot. As a result a ton of questions were asked and we felt rather overwhelmed. In my experience, not many people are truly patient. Kathryn however definitely has patience as one of her strong points.
