Katherine was great to work with right from the word go. She kept myself and my sister well informed of what was going on and what was required of us both in regard to the sale of our late fathers estate which had been rented out for the 3 1/2 years prior to his passing. Katherine worked with both the tenants and ourselves which at times was a challenge but she did well to negotiate outcomes which were agreeable to both parties. Katherine had a wealth of knowledge gleened from a number of years in the realestate business - she knew her market - and no matter what question was posed, if she didnt have an immediate answer (which was not often) she would come back to us in a timely manner with an answer. Katherine was friendly, positive, professional and full of enthusiasm. She had her work cut out for her as the property was hardly in tip top shape - good bones but not much else since it was built in 1969.
