It’s a tough market to sell. You need someone that will take the reins and get things sorted, like fencing for the dog before move in, and provide a range of ideas, options and contacts to sort all the things that need to be done. And the important thing, getting a sale that suits everyone. Making us understand what is a realistic price - without insulting -, and showing the buyers what they are getting for their money is more than just a home.
