Born in Cornwall UK, Kate came to NZ in 2010 at the age of 20. She fell in love with the country, particularly the Waikato and she dived into dairy farming.
After 7 years of dairy farming she decided to follow her passion for property and qualify as a Real Estate Agent, she has now completed 8 years of full time experience with multiple large sales under her belt.
She is a country girl at heart owning her own horse and occasionally milking cows. She recently moved from the Waikato to Katikati and is thoroughly enjoying the coastal lifestyle.
Kate loves matching people with property, but more importantly, helping people get the maximum amount for their investments to carry on to their next venture, this can be seen in her results for her clients.
