Thrilled to bits to have had the opportunity of meeting Kate (after interviewing a lot of real estate agents) who is a knowledgeable and very friendly agent. She showed a great deal of tenacity in securing my listing, and I couldn't be happier with her services. She gave extremely sound advice, had awesome contacts who helped "stage" my home to highlight its better points, used a fantastic photographer who took photos from angles I would never have imagined and also held my hand to guide me through a potential sticky issue with my cladding (turned out nothing to worry about...). Kate kept in constant contact, marketed the property extremely well and secured a sale after only 11 days on the market. Kate knows what she is doing , we had three open homes and had lots of interest straight away. Kate always told us what was happening wether it was good or bad. She is friendly and loves animals even went above and beyond helping us with looking after our dog while there was people coming through the house. And provided us with carry cages for our cats when we moved to our new property. Overall kate is amazing at her job & will work her magic to get the best price for your house.
