We had two dealings with Kate - all wrapped up into one - one property we were unsuccessful but kept in the loop throughout the process and shortly after we were successful purchasers of a similar property. She went above and beyond, helping with the building inspection to source a building inspector available at short notice and liaised with management to allow him access. She has passion for what she does and an energy that is infectious. I don't generally write reviews but Kate really deserves 5 stars. She was professional, friendly and always there for us ... no matter what time of the day or night .... nothing was too much trouble!
