We couldn't have asked for a better agent or experience than Kate gave us. Kate was a wealth of knowledge, experience and contacts, happy to get stuck in to get the property not just sold, but the best result for us as a whole in terms of timings and price. We came with a short notice project to sell on our investment property, and had tight timeframes to get it listed, some light renovation work, and minimising the time it was empty. I don't generally write reviews but Kate really deserves 5 stars. She was professional, friendly and always there for us ... no matter what time of the day or night .... nothing was too much trouble! Kate came up with a strategy for selling our units, and we decided to put our total trust in her and run with it .... and it paid off!
