I had done two viewing on this property before i put an offer.kate was quite professional and gave useful information about the property.during the time waiting on offer acceptance it was quite stressing because it wasn’t really a clear cut process.i felt when offer was accepted there’s was pressure being built saying vendors has cash offer aswell which i find abit odd at the time but otherwise communication with kate was allgood
