We first met Kate when looking at a property 14 years ago, although we did not do any business together then, Kate kept in touch each year, sending us a personal letter and a fridge pad, when we decided to sell our own house we picked Kate straight away for our agent, and we were not disappointed. We were waiting on planning consent to build a new house, so could not go to market straight away, Kate did a very professional appraisal of our house, she encouraged us along the way and waited patiently for us to be ready to sell, when planning came through it was all action, Kate was fast and efficient with no mucking around, we believe that Kate, (and her colleagues at Harcourts) treated us with honesty and integrity throughout our journey, she also loved our pets which was great! I had done two viewing on this property before i put an offer.kate was quite professional and gave useful information about the property.during the time waiting on offer acceptance it was quite stressing because it wasn’t really a clear cut process.i felt when offer was accepted there’s was pressure being built saying vendors has cash offer aswell which i find abit odd at the time but otherwise communication with kate was allgood
