My property was listed with another company for the usual 3 months, with zero serious buyers, despite paying for photography, listings on 9 websites and an ad in the local paper, along with 2 open homes. One of the major, significant differences between Kate’s agency and the others is a focus on bringing people to see a property rather than the useless practice of giving you statistics on the number of clicks on websites. Kate gives feedback from buyers, not the number of clicks other agencies use as a means to convince you to lower the purchase price. I think the Mike Pero agency and the approach by Kate and Lisa are far superior to all the others. And I’m familiar enough with other agencies that I can make the comparison with confidence. I’d give them 10 stars!
