My property was listed with another company for the usual 3 months, with zero serious buyers, despite paying for photography, listings on 9 websites and an ad in the local paper, along with 2 open homes. At the end of that 3-month listing, I signed up for a “quiet listing” with Kate. Her colleague, Lisa, took amazing photos (at no charge to me). I didn’t have to pay for website listings etc. Kate started bringing serious buyers straight away. I had 2 formal offers in less than 6 weeks, so my property went under contract quickly. Kate continued to arrange viewings before the contract went unconditional. I had a total of 9 serious buyers in less than 8 weeks, without all the expenses charged by other agencies. Kate and Lisa are very professional and wonderful to deal with. They pay attention to details, take time to keep all parties informed and truly care about achieving the best outcome for everyone. One of the major, significant differences between Kate’s agency and the others is a focus on bringing people to see a property rather than the useless practice of giving you statistics on the number of clicks on websites. Kate gives feedback from buyers, not the number of clicks other agencies use as a means to convince you to lower the purchase price. I think the Mike Pero agency and the approach by Kate and Lisa are far superior to all the others. And I’m familiar enough with other agencies that I can make the comparison with confidence. I’d give them 10 stars!
