Kate went out of her way to assist us in a purchase. We couldn;t make the open home times so she kindly video toured us around the property, answering any questions. She was also patient and helpful as we completed an onlive offer - something new to us. Once we were confirmed as the accepted offer she still went out her way to take extra photos and find documents that our lawyer was asking to see as we were not in the same town to do ourselves. Kate remained bubbly and professional the whole time and we really appreciated her help. Thanks Kate!
