We approached Kate (and others) when we knew that we wanted to sell our much loved home in Cromwell. It was clear not only from the number of sold boards with her face on them around town, but from our first introduction that she was the agent for us. While we could assist with the property staging and back end, we knew that we needed Kates super local sales knowledge and sales/negotiation acumen to give us the best result. Kate is bright and engaging and listened to us and presented an excellent sales strategy. We were really impressed with her marketing (particularly her video) and promotional materials. She kept us informed in the prelaunch phase annd worked with us on pricing using up to date sales information and buyer enquiry information. It was her suggestion to push our launch early that saw us receive offers off the first viewing. We were thrilled to recieve further multiple acceptable offers and Kate continued to work for us to not only get our desired price, but also to get the sale completed in less than a month! You cannot ask for better than that! It has been a really straight forward sale and we are grateful to have Kate on our side.
