i found Kate very professional right from the start. She explained everything in clear concise detail. Was upfront on the cost to me to sell. She put together a good marketing campaign and increased some areas at no cost to me when I started to panic a bit as I had date to confirm a new purchase, no fault on her part just the market at the time.
