She put together a good marketing campaign and increased some areas at no cost to me when I started to panic a bit as I had date to confirm a new purchase, no fault on her part just the market at the time. Kate ran good open homes for me and kept me fully informed on the outcome of each one. A good weekly report was supplied and was very detailed.
