In such a challenging housing market at the moment, Karl did an excellent job of of selling my home. Not only did he manage to negotiate a great price given the current economic conditions but he also achieved this after only two weeks on the market with other similar properties in the area still remaining unsold after 3 months. Karl kept in communication with me every step of the way which being a first time vendor made the process very easy and stressfree, including initial support and advice to prepare the property for sale. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge around the current market which kept expectations real. Karl even went over and above with managing the sale of my fridge as I had already relocated overseas! I would happily use Karl's services again whether buying or selling a property.
