Distance was not a barrier for Karl who did a great job communicating with us as we sold our house in Rotorua after having moved to Nelson. He liaised with us about getting staging furniture which definitely made an awesome impact on how the house was presented. He also went the extra mile...in the form of using a leaf blower to tidy up the entrance to the property on the day of our open home. Karl worked with potential buyers over time and got us a price that exceeded our expectations, and sold in record time - and he donated $1,000 to the kindergarten we had previously been connected to.
