Karina was very professional, friendly and efficient. She made the whole experience much less stressful because we felt that she would get the job done. Thank you Karina!!!

From the moment I met Karina I was impressed by the respect she had for my mother's home of 33 years. I could tell that she was happy to market it as the happy home it had been for Mum, knowing there would be someone out there looking for the qualities it had. Karina worked hard, listened to us, followed up on all who showed interest and kept us well informed at all times, selling Mum's home in four weeks- which included the Christmas period- very impressive. Thank you so much Karina and LJ Hooker for helping us through this process. We highly recommend you, knowing that you combine compassion with impressive marketing skills. A Frances

Karina's expertise in real estate is apparent, she knows her field well with years of house sales under her belt. We purchased several properties through her years ago and have recently sold one through her. She is likeable, friendly and professional. We were happy with her service and would continue to use her in the future. Definitely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Due to the lockdown in Auckland we had to purchase the property sight unseen and Karina was a great help in this, we eventually managed to see the property 2 months after we went unconditional. The property was everything we wanted and Karina was a great help!

Having dealt with Karina previously, I didn't hesitate to engage her to sell my home. Her knowledge of my Street and surroundings was excellent and I was very happy with her professionalism and the marketing package she put together for me. I would definitely engage her services again.

We have sold many properties now through Karina and we having been very happy with the professionalism and results that she strives for. Thank you Karina another job well done.

Karina has recently sold two properties for us, we can't recommend her highly enough ! Her communication, presentation and commitment to sell was awesome. Her kind and caring nature was greatly appreciated, particularly with our most recent sale as it was tinged with sadness, she handled it delicately and respectfully and we'll always be grateful.

Karina has been a wonderful agent. Thoroughly recommend her to anyone. She is kind, supportive, realistic and has been nothing but helpful and kept me informed of everything the whole way. In a tough market she got me 5 offers on my house and helped me decide, how do go about it all. If anyone needs to sell house I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her and without her I wouldn't have got the sale that I got. She is 100% trustworthy and cares about people. Thank you Karina!!

Thank you Karina. Karina never stops, she keeps you very well informed right up until settlement day. I know she does her very best to get you the best price for your property advising what needs to be done before market and then she does the rest. Its a simple process and I know the purchases are happy too as she is a great communicator. We have sold through Karina now many times and are very happy.

Karina is super kind and great at explaining the system, answered all my questions and kept in touch the whole time. Thank you Karina for going out of your way for me.
