Karina was able to steer us in the right direction when we had some challenging decision to make. She is a very skilled real-estate agent with all the knowledge you need to make that decision. She was clear and precise with all questions and answers throughout the process. She truly has her finger on the pulse of the real estate world and we would happily recommend her to others. She knows what works and works hard to make it work. Thanks again Karina and LJ Hooker

Karina was the agent for the first home we purchased and she made experience really good for us. She was really great with communication even while she was in another country for part of the process! Karina also went out of her way to get us a really lovely gift on settlement day which was a nice treat. Overall really good to work with and made things easy for us.

Right from when we met Karina she was interested in what we had to market and we felt confident that we had made a good choice in the agent available in the Masterton area However the most important thing is that we got a good timely result Communication was outstanding from our point of view and we felt that both David and Karina made a great team.

Karina’s knowledge, energy, and negotiation skills were excellent. Selling a home can be very stressful, however with Karina’s dedication and outstanding communication skills we were in safe hands throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend Karina in the future to anyone who is looking to sell and/or buy a house. Karina goes the extra mile with an outgoing and friendly manner.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Karina Rosemergy for the sale of our late mother’s property. We couldn’t have asked for a more patient, kind and empathetic agent. She went above and beyond for us despite our difficulties and kept us well informed throughout. I would recommend Karina to anyone who is selling.
