Karin provides a professional, knowledgable, honest caring sellinf experience
Our real estate journey with Karin Attwood.
Karin was introduced to us by her branch manager who we had, had previous dealings with and trusted especially given the uniqueness of the property we were selling.
We both instantly liked Karin, she was respectful and had great understanding and knowledge of the of type of property we were selling as it was a 110-year-old villa in original condition.
It was of great comfort that she understood about older homes and we felt confident she would be able to use her knowledge to answer any queries any potential buyers may have had.
Karin was amazing with her patience, understanding and support through this whole journey for us selling our beloved home of 25 years that is so full of memories for us.
We were very impressed with her professionalism and marketing of the property to highlight its true character and uniqueness portraying it as the beautiful family home it is. The video Karin made of the property was amazing.
Karin took the time to ask us lots of questions about the property and its history and listened to many of our stories, some of which she told us some of the people who came through the open homes were really interested in. It was really appreciated and it showed she genuinely cared about how we were doing.
Karin worked very hard to group potential buyers who wanted more viewings or building inspections at similar times so we were able to get the house and our dogs sorted out rather than having multiple visiting times which was very thoughtful.
We were kept fully updated with everything that was going on, the feedback that was given etc with weekly reports and phone calls nothing was a problem we could contact her anytime with any queries we may have had. Karin even came out of her way to the house to open it up when I had locked the key inside and the kids couldn’t get in.
We are so grateful another lovely family has purchased “Vermont Oaks” and are going to make it their forever home now.
