Although I was the buyer on this occasion rather than the seller, I found the Harcourts Waiheke agents Greg and Karen to be very personable and easy to get along with. They were, it seems to me, completely dedicated to the task of satisfying the wishes of both parties not just the sellers, and as such were very responsive to my questions and concerns. When a snag arose, as it sometimes does in this context, the agents did not panic or become pushy but handled the whole matter with aplomb, and the difficulty was eventually resolved without fuss.
