My experience with Kara was the smoothest and the least stressful I ever had when selling a house. I had to leave NZ before the house was sold and Kara kept the communication flowing, she updated me every step of the way and kept an eye on the house for me. She is also a very good negotiator and manged to get me a satisfying selling price. She is extremely professional and so honest which is so very important when selling your property

We’ve sold two homes with Kara and we couldn’t provide a high recommendation! Kara really is the best in this field - she is professional yet so relatable and so genuine., and her level of expertise is outstanding! We are incredibly grateful for the hard work Kara put into selling our home and making this process seamless and stress free! Highly, highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At 82, selling my home at 5 McLeod Road in South Head was a big step. So many wonderful memories there over the years. Kara at Arizto made the whole process simple and stress-free, always keeping me informed and looking after me. I’m especially grateful to the buyers for allowing me to still pop in now and then. That truly means a lot. Very thankful all round. Murray Whitten
