Kale is obviously people oriented and suited to selling real estate. My only concern was he told people at the open home I attended that he was told the house was insulated but hadn't verified it - which sounded suspiciously like he didn't want to verify because he suspected it wasn't fully insulated. It wasn't. How hard is it to check the insulation when you are selling a high value asset? It took me 10 minutes!
