Was so happy with the process of selling Courtany explained and made the process so easy made the sale within the week which was even better because I wanted a quick sale. She then helped me buy my house showing me my options and giving me the best advice to buy my Dream place. She is someone that I trusted to give me the best advice in an industry I knew nothing about! Would highly recommend!
Good communication and dedication to achieving a succesful sale, thank you.
Kale was incredibly helpful and patient with me during the whole process of selling my property in Tauranga. As I was based out of town he would check in frequently with updates and confirmation of the next steps in the process. I was very impressed with the sales packs I received through the duration of the Open Home's - they were informative, detailed and left me feeling confident that I had entrusted the right people with selling my property. I would rightly recommend Kale & Courtney and will 100% be using them again if I end up back in Tauranga.
Kale is a friendly, professional and hard working agent. Together with Courtenay they make a great team, that can deliver great results! Having dealt with some less than honest agents in the past, we found Kale & Courtenay to be truthful and reliable with their advice and never too pushy. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future and would highly recommend them if your selling or buying. All the best. Ginny & Andrew
When we first had contact with Kale, I didn't want an agent as I had a few interested buyers. Even so, I was stuck. The process of closing the buyers was not my strong point. Kale offered to couch me probono over a two week period. We got so close, but the deal fell over. After the disappointment, my wife and I decided to ask Kale and Courtney to join our team. They both went beyond the call of duty and we loved the positive buzz they brought! (We were tired of the selling privately). We ended up accepting a pre-auction offer that Kale negotiated fiercely. We were so happy that the two-year process of trying to sell our home was over and we could move on. If you want an energetic team that is continually making other agents have to up their game you want Kale and Courtney on your side.
Kale had great in-depth market knowledge of my community & terrific communication with the sale of my house, conferring with myself and the potential buyers quickly and concisely. it was on the market for less than a week with multiple buyers already in query. By weeks end my home was sold pre-auction. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Not only to alleviate stress, but also as someone I felt I could confide in as it was a trying time in my life. There’s only one person I’ll be going to see when I’m ready to buy again. And that’s Kale.
