Jun was honestly amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. She was calm, patient, and never gave off that pushy “sales” vibe that can sometimes make buying a home stressful or uncomfortable. She was always super responsive, even late at night, and somehow always managed to get things sorted quickly for us. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was the support after the sale as well. A lot of agents tend to disappear once everything is signed, but Jun continued checking in and helping wherever she could, which we really appreciated. She make sure that we will not settle for less, very open and always listen when we told her what we are looking for and she will meet what we required.
