From beginning to end Juun did the best she could for me. The property I purchased was straight forward, although we had to negotiate the price, where she was helpful. This led to the sale of a double property suitable for development. The auction is a pressurized situation, and several parties felt it. Perhaps the bidder overridden, at any rate he did not come up with the deposit for over a week. Jun was helpful in this uncomfortable situation.
