10/10. My husband R T (Bob) Bell, worked for Ray White (Kemeys Brothers) Petone, so Ray White was always going to be my first choice. Julie sold us this house 8 years ago, and has remained a valued friend since. Bob passed away last July, and Julie's help has been beyond the call of duty. I will also be using Ray White for the purchase of a property in the Hutt Valley area.

10/10. A less aggressive but firm agent and very helpful with suggestions and ideas. I liked her style very much, which proved very successful.
