Julie Anne has a wide range of real estate knowledge that I don't think can be beaten. The communication and professionalism from the outset was second to none. Even armed police outside the house didn't deter her from show casing the viewing and eventually aiding me in the purchase of my house If I was ever to sell or buy for that matter this is the agent I would differently use without a doubt.
Julie-Anne gave an estimate of sales value which turned out to be all but perfect to the dollar. Once the sale was in her hands she made all communications with the sitting tenant and our property manager. She also advise the solicitors as required. She made this an uncomplicated process with the sale completed within the time frame we where given.
